Return and Refund

At DIY Craftys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and simple refund process.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for specific return information.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for a different product, please contact us at info@diycraftys.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and how to place a new order. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@diycraftys.com. We may require you to send a photo of the damaged or defective item so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will offer a full refund or replacement for damaged or defective items.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products

Please check the product page before purchasing to confirm if an item is non-refundable.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@diycraftys.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you've done both of these and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@diycraftys.com.
